Frequently asked questions

1. Does this machine need ice?  no. the machine will make its own slushie ice.

2.Do we get  mix with our order. Yes. Our machines are dual sided so you can have 2 different mixes. One side can be for adults and the other for kids if you like.we give you one side for free.

3.Can I buy the mix at the store? no. Only the mix provided by us. (the mix is very concentrated)

4.where can I place the machine?The machine must be placed on a very sturdy counter or table.The machine must be plugged directly into an outlet not on an extension cord.

5.Will the person delivering set it up?Yes.The delivery driver will set everything up and tell you how to refill.

6.Will the machine freeze if it is outside.sometimes.We do not recommend the machine outdoors if it is over 78 degrees. The machine has clear bins and will have a hard time freezing in very hot weather.remember this is making ice.

7.How much in advance should I book the machine. These are in high demand, especially since we also carry stainlees steel Bunn machines. book at least 3 to 4 weeeks in advance, ( Holidays, cinco de mayo,memorial,4th of july,thanksgiving,play offs,superbowl sunday,new years,christmas partys etc... Book at least 4 to 8 weeks to be sure.

8. What is your cancellation policy? We are limited to machines that we book . We promise to hold your machine and deliver on the day you ask.You promise not to cancel when you book it.In some cases we will credit you for a future date.I'm sure you would not like it if we cancelled with you.

9.Can we pick up the machine at the office?no. The machine can be very fragile in a moving vehicle, The machine is also extremely heavy.

10.Do you have a weekly rate, Yes.You can keep a machine from fri-thursday for the special weekend rate.
